Good place to spend an afternoon.The structure itself is certainly unique for a mall, with two floors of shops and a third of food court and cinemas atop five-levels of parking, filling an entire city block. Located next to the CBS studios, they have shops to please everyone's taste, and many choices of restaurants and eateries as well. Melrose is the place to be when you are looking for the hottest fashions! It is an ecentric place with row after row of brilliant storefronts and restaraunts. You can find night clubs and much more. Stores range from upscale interior furnishings at the far west end to expensive fashion in the strip between La Cienega and Crescent Heights . You really haven't "done L.A." until you have been here. This mall is home to hundreds of shops, including department stores like Nordstrom and Robinsons-May. There's a bridge over Westwood Boulevard to an addition across the street, which features a three-story Barnes & Noble bookstore. The stretch of shops and boutiques on Rodeo Drive is only three blocks long. It begins at Wilshire Boulevard on the south, and runs north to Santa Monica Boulevard, where the commercial section of the street gives way to an affluent residential neighborhood. The most celebrated clothing designers in the world have boutiques here. Other nearby stores include Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Yves Saint Laurent. Credit cards accepted vary by store. Camarillo Premium Outlet is about 45 minutes out of Los Angeles (depending on traffic on the 101), but this is a regular destination for local shoppers. Not all the shops are exactly discount warehouses. Each store does have sales, but half of wildly expensive is still pretty expensive. Ontario Mills is one of California's premiere shopping centers and offers more than 200 retailers including a mix of retail outlets and stores, name brand discounters and entertainment venues, plus 24 anchor stores including AMC Theaters, Nordstrom Rack, OFF 5th Saks Fifth Avenue and various restaurants.
